Residential customers: Case Studies*

BT standard tariff customers:

A.J. (London) spends £300 a year with BT. We were able to reduce this to £94 (a saving of £206 or 69%).


A.L. (St. Albans)
pays £320 a year in call charges. Another indirect service provider saved over £277 (86.6%) reducing this bill to £43.


Both these clients call spends are equivalent to the average call spend per year of £328 (i.e. £82 per quarter - Ofcom residential survey), so you can see that you can save a substantial amount of money by changing provider.


You can still save money even if your usage is relatively low:

A.D. (Edmonton) call spend is £120 per year. Another provider would provide the calls for £71, a saving of £49 (41%).
